We're there for you 24 hours a day, every day! The reception is open from 8 AM to 8 PM ; at night, our on-site team member respond immediately and come to you as soon as necessary).

Our team is there to advise you (from train timetables to bus destinations, from the small bistro to the trendy bar, on guided tours or walks...) to answer your questions, to react in the event of a problem, to help you....

OUR BREAKFAST FORMULAS

BUFFET (13.00€)

The buffet breakfast offers you the widest choice of different types of bread and mini-viennoiseries, crêpes, a selection of cereals, seeds and dried fruit. Our savoury offer of cold meats, cheese and local tapenades is complemented by a range of jams, honey, yoghurts and organic fruit juices. We have gluten-free and plant-based milk options.

ROOM SERVICE (8.00€)

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the comfort of your flat. It consists of bread, pastries, a hot drink (tea, coffee, chocolate), orange juice and yoghurt, accompanied by butter, jam and Nutella.

EXPRESS (4,50€)

Profitez d'un petit-déjeuner tranquille dans le confort de votre appartement. Il se compose de pain, de viennoiseries, d'une boisson chaude (thé, café, chocolat), de jus d'orange et de yaourt, accompagnés de beurre, de confiture et de Nutella.

KITCHENETTE

Each flat has a fully-equipped kitchenette, so you can enjoy 100% autonomy to create your best culinary masterpieces.

A fridge, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and pots and pans allow you to prepare your favourite dishes at any time.

Other equipment such as moulds, juicers, teapots and more can be borrowed from reception if required.

STAGING & WELCOMINGS IN YOUR ROOM

We're here to help you create a beautiful experience from the moment you arrive. Order a romantic setting, a Niçois welcome, a bottle of Champagne or wine or something else and make the most of your stay.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

We can clean, dry and fold (no ironing) the equivalent of a 5kg machine for 12€.

Please bring your laundry to reception and let us know the temperature you would like it washed at (30 or 40 degrees) and whether you would like to separate white clothes from dark colours (you will need 2 separate machines). Your laundry will be available 24 hours later at reception or left in your room.

If you prefer a launderette or dry cleaners, we recommend the La Buffa launderette at 39, Rue de la Buffa (7am-9pm) and the La Lyonnaise dry cleaners at 19, boulevard Gambetta (8.30am-7pm, closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday).

The driver follows the plane and waits for you at your terminal with a sign bearing your name (luggage included). +10€ supplement for a baby/child seat.

HOUSEKEEPING

For your comfort, your flat can be cleaned on request, at the latest the day before for the following day, between 9.00 am and 3.30 pm.

DAY USE

Need a place to telework or a place to rest for the day?

You can rent a flat for the day (Day Use) and enjoy a comfortable bed to relax in, a workspace and a kitchenette to prepare yourself a little snack.

Room renting by the day:

- Between 11am and 3pm: €50

- Between 10am and 5pm: €70

(Upgrade to a larger room or balcony subject to availability: €20)

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Your luggage is safe with us if you wish to leave it with us while waiting for your room to be ready or after checking out.

BOARD GAMES / BOOKS / BABY EQUIPMENT

For young and old alike, we have a whole range of books and board games for you to enjoy with your family or friends.

Ask at reception about the games available and the loan conditions. (Monopoli, Scrabble, UNO, card games, etc.)

For your little ones, baby equipment is available on request from reception: booster seat, cot, bathtub.

ADDITIONAL LINEN

Pillows of different firmness, blankets, sheets or towels are available on request from reception.

COURTESY TRAY

A courtesy tray is provided free of charge in your room on arrival.

It can be replenished on request.

BUSINESS CORNER

We know how important it is for our customers to be able to work in the co-working space accessible from 12:00 in the breakfast room.

Your room has several 220v/50HZ electrical sockets, as well as USB sockets.

RULES

All flats and communal areas are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of 75€ will be charged for cleaning and any necessary downtime ! We would like to remind you that smoking is not allowed inside or at the window, to avoid smells for future guests! However, you may smoke on the balconies or terraces of certain categories of flat. Please ensure that you do not throw cigarette butts into the street, as we are keen to preserve your beautiful city and this can burn the neighbours' blinds! Thank you.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the building, and do not speak too loudly or run around the corridors and studios after 10pm. The apart'hotel reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in the event of a disturbance in the hotel or a medical emergency.

Any equipment broken or missing at the end of the stay will be charged.

A charge of €50 will be made for any key not returned (our keys are complex and can be used to open specific landing doors as well as the building door, hence the high cost).

At the end of your stay, we ask you to leave the dishes and kitchen clean, and to empty the rubbish bins - If this is not done, you will be charged for the extra cleaning costs as mentioned at check-in (25€).
